We have added a book button to improve customer experience and make it easier for clients to book a service. The maximum characters for leaving feedback has been increased for both clients and professionals. Booking status and payment status have been added for both professionals and clients. General bug fixes and performance updates.

We have added a new messenger feature which allows clients to communicate with the professionals. This feature only work when a client initiate a conversation with a professional. Both clients and professionals can use the messenger feature to communicate directly with GastGo Support Team if they have any queries, concerns or just want to make suggestions on how to improve GastGo. Professionals can now save their favourite clients and message them whenever they have an opening for an appointment. Professionals can also block clients from booking future appointments. This is to protect GastGo Professionals from unwanted clients who are abusive or constantly late to their appointments.

We've improved the signing in process and made it much quicker to set-up your profile. You can now review the professional's work by scrolling the images on their profile before opening the services. The professional profiles have now been updated with their new unique profile link using the share button. You can now book multiple services all at once as a single booking. Its now much easier to navigate through the calendar for advance bookings.

New users can now sign up using their existing Apple accounts. Also, the existing users who've signed up using their iCloud email address will have their accounts linked to Apple to sign option for quicker and easier way to sign in. We have enhanced the payment system to make it better and user friendly for clients when booking an appointments. All payments are collected 24 hours before the service to secure the appointment. Some payments may require authentication from the bank. We have added push notifications to prompt clients to authenticate their payments before it is processed.

The login page and signing up process has now been improved with new designs and better user experience. We have enhanced the professional's profiles by making it easier and quicker to access their new bookings, earnings and adding new services. We have now added a share button on every professional's profile. Professionals can now use their unique profile link to share with their contacts and use on social media platforms. Client can also use the professional's share button to recommend the GastGo professionals to their family and friends.

We've introduced a new design to the app and improved end user experience to all our clients. The signup process has now improved and we will not request for payment details until you have found the professional you need. All professional's locations will be hidden until you complete the signup process including adding your method of payments. We have also added the option to turn on your GPS directly from GastGo in order to find your nearest professional as a client. The professional profiles have been enhanced and improved. Signing up - All users are now required to sign up as a client. You are required to enter a payment method i.e. Apple Pay, debit or credit card. This methodology helps us maintain a quality standard of clients who can be trusted by our professionals. This also helps us keep away fake profiles. Signing up as a professional - You are first required to sign up as a clients, then go to settings and submit your application to become a GastGo Professional. All professional have to be vetted before authorised to offer services on GastGo. Switching profiles - As a GastGo Professional, you are now able to switch your profile to become a client. This enables professionals to see what services are being offered by other professionals and book services as clients. Reminders - You can now add your GastGo appointments to your calendar and synchronise with your existing appointments. Adding your appointment to your calendar will send you a reminder an hour before your appointment. This feature is available for both professionals and clients.
