Just like everyone else who is in the reviews section, you're looking for instructions on how to actually use this thing, because when you click on the extension all it does is pop up the description and gives NO direction on what you're suppsoed to actually do with it. It's been 6 years since I've seen most of the comments were posted, and still this hasn't been fixed. Instructions: 1. Once downloaded, open Safari. 2. Go to the top of your computer screen (Note: NOT your safari screen. The list on the top of the screen that should have options next to the apple icon like "Safari", "File", "Edit", "View", "History"... etc.) and click on "Safari" in bold.3. Click "Settings" from the dropdown menu.4. From here it should take you to the exensions page, but if not, don't fret. At the top of your page you should see tabs that say things like "General", "Tabs", "Autofill", etc. Near the end of the tabs list there is a tab labled "Extensions". Click it.5. If you downloaded the extension, you should see it in a list next to your other extensions with an empty checkbox next to it. Click the checkbox so there's a check in it. 6. Congradulations, you have installed the extension! Now, devs. Please let the pop up be passable, and please let it say instructions for how to install to save many people from hours of searching until they open the reviews! Seriously after 6 years I think people could use an update that actually does something to fix this issue. And I'm not super clear on what this extension does, maybe that's just because I'm not super tech savvy. When I opened some of the links from the ClassLink website, it told me to download the extension. I assume it makes it so we don't have to go into the websites every time or maybe logs us in automatically in the website? maybe include what it actually DOES in the description rather than just say how useful it is. Thanks! (If the devs read this, anyway)

I saw no instructions but figured it out on Safari. Open safari and click up at the top that says “Safari” and go to settings. There you will go to extension and click the class link extension to enable it. Then go back to your browser. You click on the little class link icon next to the bookmarks icon and click “allow”. That’s it. Hope this helps.

Be sure to open your preferences in safari and click a check box to enable the extension. Just to click "open" on the app store and get a little un-closable pop-up telling you about ClassLink isn't needed. We are all here on the app store extension page because we tried to open ClassLink and it told us we needed this extension. Sure, have a pop-up window when you click open. but the first piece of info that pop-up should have is: in the Safari menu bar, click "Safari" > "Preferences..." Click on the "Extensions" tab and enable ClassLink LaunchPad Extension by clicking the box beside it's icon in the list of extensions.

Typical extension for Safari, but not obvious how to enable it for users who arent tech savvy. Biggest thing, though... why is this dumb extension asking for access to ALL my websites and history? Go into your Safari content settings and make sure it's set to DENY for everything except Classlink. Classlink, maybe just modernize your website to work without a stupid extension?
