Users must be registered with the app and they can access their training plan from their mobile phone or on the website. - Clients can design their training plan through the "Training planner assistant". - Once the training is completed, clients can tick their exercises as "Done". - Creation of reports on the progress of each exercise. - Update and monitoring by the trainer of the trainings and progress of each client. - Creation of individual or group challenges to motivate clients. - Nutritional plans tailored to each client. You can sync this app with Apple Health App. If you enable this connection, any workout in the Health app with automatically be added to your Activity Calendar.
