I really enjoy using this app and in the many months I’ve had it I’ve only had one issue. It doesn’t happen often which is why I’ve waited several months before talking about it, but it happens enough that I think it should be said. Sometimes when I’m reading the app restarts my progress and forces to screen back several paragraphs and I need to catch up to where I was before. Most of the time it happens just once and I simply scroll back down to restart my reading, but recently it’s been happening in such quick succession that I’m literally reading 1 paragraph forward, 5 back. And as soon as I scroll down I make it 1 paragraph and suddenly I’m 9 from where I was originally. I have only had this one issue but I hope it can be fixed. I’ll continue reading regardless but it would be nice. Near perfect app otherwise!Edit: It’s been a few weeks and it seems to have gotten worse, and despite my previous comment of continuing to read regardless of whether this gets fixed, I’ve been thinking about taking a break for awhile. The issue of text jumping (while in vertical mode) is nearly unbearable and I can hardly start a paragraph without being forced backwards in a kind of pinball style of text hopping, and it certainly doesn’t help that I don’t know where I am when reading because the progress bar(on the right side of the iPhone that appears when scrolling, can’t be seen. So I have to blindly fling my screen around until I spot familiar words. I hope this can be fixed soon, thank you for listening to my concerns.

There is a wide expanse of novels ranging from all genres and English JP CN or KN and it is a very enjoyable experience reading as it soothing to the eyes, and the downloading feature is extremely nice. As well the lack of ads is very nice of course there will be one every there and again but it’s around every like 15 chapters which if your going for that long is very minimal. One critique I do have is I wish there was a way for the app to differentiate what chapters we’ve read compared to just having the download symbol which kinda shows you, but if u mass download like me which during school I have no service it is quite annoying in the case I do press on a different chapter by accident or by purpose which makes my continue reading button stay on that chapter rather than where I was actually reading. Besides this minimal fact very good app 5/5!

I absolutely love this app, it’s so convenient and I love that they are constantly adding new novels everyday! There’s always an interesting novel I can read on here without having to pay like other such apps and websites. There is one problem I’ve been having for the past 2 months or so. The app won’t “connect” to any data whatsoever. Whether it’s WiFi or cellular, it won’t work. I keep seeing this invalid session token, whatever it is, and I can’t “connect” to the app. Ads still show, and I can still read the stories I have in my library, but other than that, nothing else works. Please have this problem fixed, I recently read an amazing webcomic called “Solo Leveling” (on NovelFull it’s called “I Alone Level-Up”) and found out that it has a light novel on NovelFull. I’m not comfortable with reading this on any other platform besides NovelFull so I’d really appreciate it if you could fix this problem! ❤️- NovelFull User

This app is absolutely fabulous, everything I could ever ask for except the week or so periods when it stops working randomly all together. It just says that I am offline and to connect with 3G/4G/5G internet and won’t let me read. I looked at the reviews and saw someone had a similar problem so I did what you said to do, which was reinstall the app. This however created a new problem in which I cannot log back in because it says it is in the wrong format. I don’t know what you have to do to fix this however I’m afraid I will have to move on to other apps for a bit until this is fixed, as I cannot even use the app. Other than this novel reader is by far the best novel reading app I have found, with the only other downside is the text to speech is bad, which I nearly never use anyways.
