I have 2200 points and every time I’m trying to use them for the last three weeks it keeps sending me back to the homepage. I came here to see if I needed to update it and I don’t please help thank you.

I can’t get ahold of anyone about if they are approved in California. They don’t list a NAC# and they don’t have anywhere on their website saying which states they approved in. There is no option/location to print certificates. My office approved my certificate and could see it on their end but I couldn’t see anything. You don’t get more than 1 certificate for completing 7 modules. It took 7 hours to get through these videos. You can skip ahead at all. Waste of time! The lady teaching the modules sounds like she is speaking to children.

There should be an option to turn off the audio and video, it would be much easier and more effective. Having to wait for the voice to read out everything makes lesson longer than needed, and more of them actually take more minutes than it says. There’s also glitches that make you repeat some lessons because it doesn’t process the completion.

I have problem with few chapters, one just ask question but there is no answers just empty slots. Another ask question I answered it’s say I’m correct, but not going forward just freeze. Can you help me with that? I tried to log out, I tried to uninstall the app, I tried to use in another device the same thing everywhere. And when I tried to reach customer service the message is not sending. I need to finish course for my job I can’t wait.
