Thank you for your great feedback! With this update, we have further refined the route creation section. As part of this, the display of the results has been expanded. This includes the elevation profile and the scenic points included in the route. We have also improved the quality of the AI-supported descriptions and titles, and routes can now be driven immediately after creation without having to be saved. In the waypoint configuration, you can now specify for each point whether you want to drive directly to it or around it. The GPX import is now more reliable, and route generation has also been optimized, particularly with regard to the surface quality of the roads. As always, we welcome your feedback. We are pleased to present the new ROADS update. With this new version, we have completely revised the area for creating a route. It is now much tidier, more structured and a suitable route is displayed more quickly. In this context, there is also the new “Side-Trip” feature. This allows you to extend the time between two waypoints by up to 100%. This is helpful, for example, if you need more time flexibility when planning a tour. Many of you have requested this function recently. We hope you like it. To use “Side-Trip”, please simply click on the respective waypoints and define the desired time. The aim of this project was to redesign the navigation in ROADS from the ground up in order to create a flexible and reliable driving experience. With this absolutely mandatory update, we are making this navigation, which we have named PHOENIX, available for you to test for the first time. PHOENIX reliably solves all previous issues and brings a lot of fun while driving. We would like to invite you to try out the new navigation system and give us your feedback. "With this update, we have revised the entire route planning process. Thanks to thousands of POIs, it is now even easier to configure a tour. Each route now contains three driving options (Curvy, Fast, Balanced) from which you can choose. And for a quicker start to navigation, it can now be started directly from the planning stage without any detours. If you want to share a route with your friends on WhatsApp, Instagram and the like, you can now create a personalized graphic thanks to the new assistant. Give it a try if you like. In response to many requests, we have provided simple video instructions for the most important actions in ROADS in the FAQ section. Many thanks for all the feedback on the last version. We have fine-tuned the route import so that the imported route is as close as possible to the ""original"". There are also various improvements and performance enhancements."

We have once again sharpened the Google Maps import so that the result is closer to the original route. Please note that when importing a Google Maps route, we import the waypoints and connect them using the ROADS algorithm. By popular request, this update gives you the option of importing routes from Google Maps directly into ROADS. Simply click on ""Import"" when creating the route and copy the link to Google Maps. Give it a try! POIs can now be filtered in the ""Inspiration"" section. This provides a better overview of regions where there are particularly many interesting places to discover. In recent weeks, we have received various feedback on the topic of navigation, particularly with regard to the occasional re-routing. Our current navigation partner Mapbox has provided us with a solution, which is also part of this update. We hope that this will improve the situation noticeably and permanently. The notification center is your go-to place for all relevant community updates such as new followers or interaction with your content. You can find it in the section ""Community"". Apart from that we have received plenty of feedback that we have worked on: - App loading time got significantly decreased - The nearest route entry point is now available for every navigation.
