There is so much potential here but they cannot seem to get their finances in order. The payouts are legit it’s just unfortunate that they cannot seem to pay the vendors in a timely fashion. This situation seems to happen more times then not. There has been time and time again where I am waiting over two weeks for money that was scheduled to be paid 4 to 5 days after an event.

Since joining Flamingo as a provider, I have boosted sales so much! Many of opportunities are always pouring in daily and on top of that, the app reps are phenomenal to work with! Mario has been my point of contact and he is awesome! He answers all my questions, helps me with follow ups, and is always there to assist in a timely manner. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a reliable business, whether you’re in the beginning stages or well established. There’s opportunities for everyone!

I tried so hard to make things work with these guys. They never pay you your jobs on time, their customer service is horrible. They take days to respond, sometimes just ghosting you completely. I’m surprised how they even still have residents paying for services. It seems they just take their credit card payments then don’t pay us service providers. Thats their business model. Time and again we have to chase them around to have them pay us. It’s always a giant headache. Go elsewhere. Don’t do anything with these guys because they will only give you runarounds and not pay you . Horrible company. Stay very far away for your own sanity and peace of mind.

We’ve tried working with flamingo over the last year or so. It seems all the events come in with extremely low budgets, asking vendors to squeeze every last ounce to be able to put together a nearly impossible event. The final straw has been hosting an event in January and here we are nearly in May and we still haven’t been paid! Their customer support is absolutely worthless. All they do is give you the runaround and their chat online is a complete AI waste. I would steer clear of this group at all costs unless you like giving free event events. Save yourself the trouble find your own clients.
