I have been trying to use my light/fan thing I have in my office room. It is unbearably hot and I cannot get my fan to work because it says the app needs to be updated. And I do not find any updates on App Store for this app. And it isn’t letting me use the app at all until I update it. Can you guys fix whatever bug you have and let us have the ability to use the app at the very least?! If you cannot provide your end users with the ability to use your products - then I don’t even know what is your company doing in the market!!

Hello, Just got the landscape spotlights. I downloaded the app and setup the lights on it. Please please please update/fix the App to have the brightness adjusted while in pulsating mode. It automatically reverts to full brightness when put in pulsating mode. Then when you go to the brightness tab, it stops pulsating mode. Then back into pulsating tab and it goes straight back to full brightness. This is so irritating, it’s far to bright for my little palm tree. Please fix this issue. Thank you.

I’ve used this app since 2022, when I bought some landscape lights it was used to control. It could be temperamental, but worked well enough that last year I bought another batch of lights. This weekend, the app suddenly renamed itself on my phone with Japanese characters and claimed my Bluetooth was disabled, which it was not. I deleted and reinstalled. Now it won’t find my lights. The support link does not load a page—site times out. If you have purchased a product that uses this app, return that product immediately.

I am overly confused by this app. Under adding product nothing shows. I click on create login in the hope that this fixes the setup process and it shows a blank screen with the terms and conditions and at the bottom has a agree and a disagree button. What am I agreeing to? The Bluetooth section asks me to set the frequency - what??? Either this is a super sophisticated app from the future that mankind is not ready for or it is complete garbage.
