Needs More Flexible Operation

Easy MP3 Converter is designed to batch process music from your existing folder structure. You cannot select individual song files and add them to the list of files to convert. Just one folder or file can be converted. The folder can contain many files and/or sub-folders.If your music files are divided into folders for each album, the software creates those folders named with a timestamp. So the converted files are not in folders with names that tell you what the contents are. I was able to convert 30 or so MP3’s from Apple Music’s .M4A files. I just had to convert each file individually, move the MP3 where I wanted it, then remove the timestamp named folder the software created. Lots of manual work, but the MP3’s sound fine.I contacted the company with several questions via email. I had answers within half an hour, and on a Saturday. Very good support.Conclusion: For my use, selecting a group of songs from my library of thousands, then converting them to MP3, this isn’t a great solution. It may work great for you though, if you have a different use case.

inexpensive but full featured. I operation 24/7 Party Dance Radio on Live365. This program converts both video and autio tractks to MP3 at the proper bitrate and quality for broadcast. It even cuts the silence at the beging and end of each coverted song plus equalizes the tract volume. (All of which I had to do myself in an audio editiing program. High recommend this awesom tool for processing files to MP3!

It is great except for one thing which is truly annoying and should be easily fixed. Maybe there is a command I haven't found. But that loud zylophone note at the end also becomes part of the playback and we have to go into another app that accepts mP3s to remove it before we an use the otherwise excellent conversion.

I do podcasts and I searched a lot for a quick and easy converter. I have use this nifty gem for over a year. No crashes , it just does the work. What a workhorse. Thanks a lot, and I rearely do reviews but it would be unfair to be happy and not give your programmers due credit!
