I have been using this app for a couple of months now and never has it worked for an entire week yet without problems. I thought it would be great once I got familiar with it but I always have to resort to the old fashioned paper method because it won’t open for me. Usually it will say it doesn’t recognize the link I’m using and suggests I try first time user then it buffers and never stops, sometimes for days at a time. My boss suggested I call IT the next time which I did and they suggested that I didn’t have the most updated App. I made sure of that and at first it worked for a day or two then I had to go back to paper again. The next week it worked for a couple of days then I had to shut down my phone in order for it to work. It worked for a few days and then stopped working again. I have to shut down my phone at least once a week for it to work. My phone is one of the newest ones the iPhone 14 pro so I know it’s not my phone. You need to get the bugs out of the App so those who depend on it for their job can have access to it each day that they work.

Takes forever to load most the time it should only run while using the app there is no reason it needs to b tracking me when I’m not even working or using the app don’t like this at all they need to fix it so it only uses your location while in use . Doesn’t have right info to clock in for clients sometimes neds some improvements for sure but it is deff better then what we used before by a long shot

It logs you out automatically after a few minutes. Makes it extremely exasperating and stressful to document what I need to each day. I could have 40 tasks a client and I will have to login repeatedly for each one taking time away from the client. Each day I spend about 40 minutes total divided between only two clients just having to clock in every time i get a task completed. It constantly crashes and will not connect to the internet half the time even though all my other apps connect fine. Respectfully, the app is giving dollar general quality. I just downloaded the update so I hope changes have been made but I doubt this.

I have found this app to be one of the easiest to learn and to use! It’s vocabulary is understandable; no second guessing what is being asked. I love how each section gives you the opportunity to clarify in the comment section. ‘Never have had a problem opening it. The clock-in & clock-out features are quick & convenient. It surely makes my shift run smoothly!
