“F3监控”实现了与平台数据的同步，用户可输入平台账号密码直接进行登录。 “F3监控”移动应用在以手机地图实时定位的核心基础上，实现了监控对象的实时数据推送、实时报警提醒、实时视频、视频回放、轨迹回放、实时追踪、实时尾迹、OBD监控、证件录入、消息中心、数据查询（监控对象、报警信息、传感器历史数据）、综合统计（里程、行驶、停止、上线、超速、主动安全报警、工时、油量里程、油耗里程）等功能。同时，APP在使用过程中，用户还可以根据企业信息进行自定义设置，达到专享所有应用功能效果。
“F3监控”APP目前已完全实现了平台所有终端功能和传感器监控应用，具体包括了终端音视频、主动安全音视频、里程速度、油量油耗、温湿度、工时、正反转、载重、胎压以及I/O开关。
