**Subscription Pricing & Terms**
SHOCK is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Customers who choose any of our subscription options are eligible for a free 7-day free trial period.
We offer 3 subscription plans including Monthly (1 month), Quarterly (3 months), & Annual (12 months). Unless canceled or auto-renew is turned off 24-hours before the end of the subscription term or the 7-day trial period; you will be billed automatically at a rate based on your chosen subscription plan at the end of the free 7-day trial or on your subscription renewal date.
You can manage your subscription & disable auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase or trial start. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of your term.

I have struggled to find a good workout app and I’m also the type of person where I can loose interest quickly. About 2 years ago I joined Orangetheory Fitness. It was great it got me on track with fitness and it was something I can stick to because it wasn’t boring. Every class was different. The only thing that made me quit after about a year was it was very expensive and it was adding up. I tried to find a way to have that Orangetheory style workout at home. I tried other apps including the popular Sweat app but wasn’t able to stick to it. Something was missing. When I saw the ad for the shock app I downloaded it and was like ok let me give this one a try for the free week. I was hooked after a couple days. I was so happy that this has been something I was looking for. I have now stuck with a routine workout using this app for about a month now. I know it’s still a short period but it feels like an app I will stick to for a while. My only suggestion for any future updates is for some moves I look at the alternative move I wish there was a way of when you begin the workout to have the alternative show so that way you don’t have to remember back at what was the alternative move for this one? I hope it makes sense. But otherwise it’s a great app. I already recommended this app to my coworkers who are trying to get back in shape and can’t go to the gym because they have small kids.

This app is changing my body with each workout and I’ve felt major changes in just 2 weeks. Things I love about this app—> 1) its actually WAY CHEAPER than any of the other apps like this (and better quality). Paying $10/ month is worth it; I promise you. Cut out 2 Starbucks coffees/ month and get this app. 2) Completely customizable. Based on what work out I’m feeling that day, I can get any type of exercise I want from this app. Sometimes I want the strength training and other days I need to have cardio and get my heart rate up. I enjoy having the variability. 3) I have good form. I suffered a few injuries from CrossFit and other types of exercises because it was all about max wait and never focused on technique. This app teaches you how to get results, while exercising CORRECTLY. Fitness should be about prolonging and rejuvenating, rather than injuring yourself. The sad thing is most the time we don’t know we’re hurting ourselves. 4) The music is clutch. I hook it up to my Bluetooth speaker and get so energized. 5) Tracking progress. For me, I want to feel accomplished and that I am moving toward a goal. I love that this shows you your progress in multiple forms AND it keeps you accountable for days missed. #NOEXCUSES when you’re working out from home- all you need is 30 minutes and your phone. Which leads me to my next point. 6) Minimal equipment. Most of us need to just master our body weight before adding on tons of weight at the gym. I love that you can do all these exercises from your living room and just a few basic pieces of equipment. 7) THE IWATCH CONNECTION- my favorite part. This app connects to the iwatch and tracks your heart rate, times you and several other features. That’s all from me. Hope this is helpful

It’s exactly what I needed

I have nothing but great things to say about this app. I wanted something that was under 30 minutes, a combo of cardio and strength, with a focus on all parts of the body and this app delivers. I can adjust the workouts based on what I am focusing on and my ability level. There’s endless weeks of workouts, and some of the moves get repetitive but that doesn’t bother me at all. It’s simple to use...no frills which I love. It requires minimal equipment which is great for home workouts. No cheesy motivational speaking, just great simple workouts with timers, beeps to trigger new rounds and connectivity to my music. The best part is that I can bring my routine with me wherever I go and I can do these workouts even in a small hotel rooms. Best part is that the price is SO reasonable for the number of workouts you have available. My only watch out is that if you are looking for a more cardio focused workout routine, this probably isn’t your jam. If you get your cardio from running or through another app and you want to supplement with weight training, this is the one for you. Couldn’t recommend it more!

This fitness app is like nothing I’ve seen. I believe this is the future. This app demonstrates exercises, movements that target every area of my body and several training programs are available to address my different fitness goals. It is the most comprehensive exercise program I’ve ever been through. The trainer/model DEMONSTRATES correct posture, form and precise movement to increase effectiveness and to avoid injury and detailed written instructions are provided if needed. Muscle groups are isolated. The professional trainer who designed this training app has rehabilitated and trained professional athletes and now I have access to his knowledge and expertise through this app! .. The price makes it available to everyone... Im surprised...because I’d pay three times this...in fact lower level gym trainers will charge 3X this! If you want 24/7 access to a professional fitness trainer, who is teaching the same exercises he developed for his famous clientele..you want this "Shock" app. There is nothing like it...This is the future in fitness training.
