Open personal (from age 14) or business bank account within 20 minutes with selfie in Hungarian
Prepare your ID card and address card – if you’re a business customer, also have your tax number ready.
1. Tap on "Become a customer" button
2. Select your account and card, and provide your contact info
3. Accept the terms
4. Take photos of your documents, scan the NFC chip of your ID card
5. Take a selfie and sign the contract with an SMS code
6. Log in with the provided code and start using your account
If you haven’t turned 18 yet, here’s what you need to do:
1. Ask your parents to start the application from their app
2. Follow these steps:
* Click the "Become a customer" button
* Select the option that matches your age
* Accept the terms
* Take photos of your documents, scan the NFC chip of your ID card
* Take a selfie and sign the contract with an SMS code
3. Your parents will also need to sign the contract to complete the account opening
4. Log in with the provided code and start using your account

-bank account or credit card in Raiffeisen Bank Hungary
-internet banking service - valid credentials
-a smartphone operating on iOS 16.0 or later

Following app functions are also available with joint signature: HUF, SEPA payments, transfer between own accounts, payments request.
Registration: download the app, log in with your internet banking credentials and activate Mobile Token by choose a PIN code. The Mobile token PIN code can be substituted with Touch ID or FaceID.

Great app - but push notifications are a must nowdays

Great app with a nice design and easy navigation. However, real-time push notifications for card transactions and other spending are essential in modern digital banking. Most competitor banks in Hungary already offer this feature, so Raiffeisen is falling behind in this regard. You guys have been promising and teasing this for years—it’s time to make it happen.Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Great app, couple things missing!

A couple things are missing like, push notifications, the ability to permanently cancel a card, dark mode, adding a card to Apple Wallet from the app and Apple Pay for Visa cards. Other than these missing features, overall great app!

Rettenetesen rossz. Néha szerverhibára hivatkozik, néha egyszerűen csak nem lehet belépni.Utalni eddig háromszor próbáltam, egyszer sem sikerült. Az app szerint “az összeg meghaladja az elérhető egyenleget”, pedig tízszer annyi pénz van a számlán. És EUR-ban akar utalni alaphelyzetben, pedig forintszámlám van, úgy kell mindig átállítani. Kategóriákba sorolja a költéseim, de 2022-ben sem sikerült odáig eljutni, hogy értesítést tudjon küldeni számlamozgásról, ezért ha az ember pénzt vár, akkor állandóan nyitogatni kell az app-et, hogy történt-e valami. Az ügyfélszolgálat szerint erre van SMS szolgáltatásuk, amit a nyerészkedés szempontjából megértek, de 2022-t írunk, nem 2001-et. Utóbbi bevezetése hiányában valószínűleg hamarosan máshol fogok bankolni.
