MyCoffeeHelper provides mobile order and pay ahead from participating coffee and tea locations. Place your order ahead of time and have your drink ready when you arrive! When you place your order, you can either specify a time you will arrive or let the MyCoffeeHelper app follow your phone (while the order is active) and let the coffee location know when you are getting close so they may prepare your drink and other items! MyCoffeeHelper is establishing a network of participating coffee locations across the United States. If your favorite coffee location is not on the list, please let them know and we will be happy to set them up!

I love this CoffeeHelper app! The reason I like it is because not only do you have access to ordering from Coffee Connections but you also have access to purchase items from other local business’s. I have always know about Coffee Connections of Hilliard but just started ordering from them a couple weeks ago trying to support local business’s during COVID-19. My mom and I go for our morning run on the trails across the street then go pick up our coffee at Coffee Connections. It’s part of our Saturday routine! The app is very quick and easy to use. My coffee has always been amazing!! :) can’t wait to get my next cup!

I love how this app has everything you need to build your order. It even has easy ways to let them know when you would like to pick up your order...specific time, within so many minutes, when I get close...Just awesome. I actually order more from my local coffee shop now that I have the app because it’s quick so I don’t have to worry about being late to wherever I’m going because of sitting in the coffee line. I don’t mind that it doesn’t have Apple Pay or PayPal because you can keep your debit card loaded in the app.

I discovered this when the corona virus shut down local coffee shops and some moved to curbside pickups. Certainly it has made my coffee, tea and and food ordering easier, but more importantly it has allowed shops to keep their business going on these hard times. I like that the menus, times and information is always fresh in the app. I’ve had no issues using it and the used interface is intuitive. I’ll be using this after all this madness ends too.

I recently found this app when one of my favorite nearby coffee shops told me they use it. It’s been so helpful. Ordering my coffee and teas in advance and then selecting the “I’m here” option once I arrive helps to streamline the process on days when you’re in a hurry, it’s cold and rainy, or the want to spend minimal time in public places due to the pandemic restrictions. I’ve never had an issue with this app. It’s always been quick, responsive, accurate, and efficient.
