This is an amazing app! I’ve been running with the RunAdic crew for a couple of years now and I’ve experienced amazing results. There’re many run clubs to choose from and in-person trainings where you learn from the coaches and fellow runners. I’m a bit past my prime, and I’ve still been able to PR my 1 mile, 5K, 10K, half marathon, and I’m planning to PR my next marathon in a couple of months thanks to RunAdic.
