First off, no support. Website is down. Cannot contact anyone for support. Paper size stays at 80mm even though I change it to 58mm. This adds to huge letters on the receipt and wastes paper. Needs to be able to reconfigure receipt to my liking. To be able to remove what I don’t want on the receipt. Works well with my Royal PT-300 Bluetooth printer...
