Hello Tour Leaders, Guides, and Drivers! Here’s what’s new in the KT Partners App: You can now take a photo with your camera and send it directly in chat, making it easier to share real-time situations. We’ve also fixed issues with role switching, TL handbook access in Traditional Chinese, and sending messages to Customer Support.

What's New Leaving a review just got clearer. If you rate a service or itinerary below 2 stars, you'll be asked to select a reason from the predefined labels - so your feedback can make a real impact.

New in this update: You can now see what type of breakfast is offered at your hotel directly in the daily itinerary.

We temporarily removed the email for tech issues from the support page. Guides and Drivers: the “Tours” tab now shows all your upcoming, ongoing, and past tours to help you plan ahead. Tour details have moved from the profile to this tab. You’ll also notice a new layout, updated navigation bar, and helpful tips when no tours are shown. Tour Leaders are not affected. We also fixed some minor bugs.
