I did not think it was possible for this app to get worse, but with the DRIVN Next update, it truly is worse than ever! Not sure who on our team is getting bribed to use this app, but they must be, to keep using this product! It’s really slow to switch between teams. There are so many locations for different types of communication, I can never find things that were sent. It doesn’t register when you’ve read something, so it keeps indicating “unread”. When you leave the app and come back, the page you were on it blank and you are stuck in “no man’s land” with no way to refresh the page without leaving and coming back. It tells me I have unread messages, and you used to be able to click on it and go to the post, but now it doesn’t do anything when you click. So glitchy. Really, the most aggravating part is not being able to find anything, and how posts just get lost and become unfindable after the first read. There many more problems and annoyances, but that’s all I can remember at the moment. If you have to use this app to access a program, good luck and I’m sorry for you. If you are considering implementing this app for your program, run far away and find something else!

You can’t rsvp to events on the main schedule feed you have to click into it. After you rsvp and go back to the schedule feed you can’t tell which one you just replied to (no color change, no check mark nothing). The calendar feed to your phone is terrible as well. If you have more then one kid in the program using the app you can’t tell who’s schedule it is. If your coaches send messages through the app good luck seeing them. Even with every notification turned on you don’t get them until you open the app. Nothing like showing for a game to find out it was cancelled an hour ago. Make sure to ask your coaches to send critical/time sensitive items via email or text instead!!We have used all the team apps this is by far the absolute worst.

This app is such a pain to deal with. I am a coach, and neither I nor any of my athletes/parents know how this works. On top of crashing and glitching out, this app has a confusing interface and figuring out how to navigate is impossible. It is also impossible to leave a team once you are joined, and you will be stuck getting updates and emails for the rest of your life.

The app does not work at all. Been downloading the app several times, creating new accounts as asked by teams and the app only opens up with blank screens. Would not recommend anyone to use this app unless you’re looking for a source of frustration and wanting to kill yourself.
