Was attended quickly by phone on a saturday, tested positive for Covid 1st time, have had 5 vaccines which is probably why i recovered in 3-4 days, mild symptoms no fever just sick, headaches. Had MCS nurse attended me, on with Dr. Luis G. Called in medication I was so so thankful i did not have to go to an emergency room. I did not know of this Medilinea service how it worked. I cant speak for anyone who may have had bad experiences but mine was 5 star. Thank you MCS

before you used to be able to go into the app and you would see the balance left on your Tabago card and also review history or transactions for some reason I went in today 29 January 2025 at 12:52 and now that picture is missing now that was a very convenient way of us being able to go in there and reviewing everything quickly just the same way you make the application so we can see our card to our doctors and everything else. I like that feature now you remove that feature so if some one decide to remove that feature, you should tell them to please take a break drink some coffee and put it back because that decision was asinine and stupid and they need to admit it and put it back because the only other way now, so make a phone call go through the process of putting information to hear recording of what went on or what you have and balance and then all that when I can easily just open the app look at it and see if there within seconds so you need must protect that feature in this application so that we can easily readily and fast you have a review everything to make the decision to use that card that day or not because that is a lot faster than calling, listening to a recording in putting information to listen to recording and then that’s only gonna give you one aspect of bounce and then you have to go through possibly going to get or listen to history. I hope you gotta remember it or write it down to see if you agree with it or not when I can easily view it or see it quicker and determine at that point of a music card or not till later on dispute something the application is faster and easier so please you must you will put that feature back in so we can do it all through the application also and remind me individual who removed it that they should not have anyone tell them they should. I came to Puerto Rico to retire I bought this insurance and all I have is headache when I call for help no one is in the same pageI came here with good faith that everyone will try to help in United state when we don’t know a answer to a question we asked for help In my case I speak the language but don’t know how to read it I asked for it in English and respond was that this company have it in Spanish Anyway the last customer service representative was the only person who was most helpful I when to my doctor Angel Jiminez Mercado for a physical because I was told by the person who sold me the insurance that I could go to a doctor and I will be registered by MCS and it will take longer if I don’t go a MCS club wish I can because it’s pretty far plus I also when to a dentist and pay out my pocket for the visit which I did know I hadYes I don’t understand why the club are not in every town and gentlemen who sold me this insurance should also see the location where I live which it’s not convenient for me I believe all he wanted was a sale Every on unhappyI will be having another insurance next year with my Medicare when I turn 65
