The app is great but I have problem…

Kamierz2soon
I understand that advertising is essential for generating revenue, and I don’t mind supporting the app in this way. However, due to my personal responsibilities, I prefer to use an app without incurring fees, and I appreciate that I can enjoy this app without financial concerns for the most part. However, the issue that has been bothering me is the frequency and intrusiveness of the ads that interrupt my experience, particularly while I’m listening to music. I understand that ads may appear when switching back and forth between applications, but there are times when I’m actively using the app and scrolling through previously played songs when an ad suddenly appears. This ad interruption often directs me to a promotional screen for mobile software, which can take me to the App Store. While I recognize that this can happen, it has become increasingly disruptive as I’ve recently experienced ads that force me out of the app entirely to the App Store.Additionally, when I attempt to close the ads after reaching the skip mark, there seems to be a glitch causing the app to refresh, leading to another ad popping up shortly thereafter. This cycle has become quite problematic for me.I believe there needs to be a more effective way to manage these ads, as their current implementation is detracting from my overall experience. I would prefer to remain engaged with the app without being interrupted by unexpected ads while watching videos or browsing within the application.

Update 3-7-21: I somehow managed to break my #1 rule which is to ONLy review the product; not the other Reviewers or unconfirmed fake/non-fake ratings. Please forgive me for this was a real lapse in judgement and I am not only sorry but deeplu ashamed... I’m going to do in an depth look overt the app and give you my honest thoughts. Please don’t take constructive criticism (if I will have any to share) because it is 100% me trying to help you without trolling. Again, I know the hard work that goes into apps so I will be fair and honest! of it! Seems this app has great potential at one point and I know developers put a lot of hard work into making apps and programs (I’ve made a few), and honesty goes along way! Original 3-3-21: And for people who read how great this app is by reading the fake reviews and then are extremely disappointed when they realize they were duped, they are going to most likely leave very bad reviews that are NOT fake. You win some you lose some. Not trying to kneecap the developers here because, again, it does seem like they put a lot of hard work into this app, but someone made the decision to saturate the reviews with blatantly obvious fake reviews... But if advice, reset them... let the people show their love or dislike. Then take that feedback and use the skills you have (which can be seen in a lot of the work done) and make an even better app! Good luck!

Thank you for your feedback! You're right - all reviews are important. And we especially listen to negative feedback in order to fix bugs and create what users want. You seem to have done a good work reading the reviews of our app. You probably have a lot of free time. We are glad that our application has caught your attention so much. We have never created and will not create any fake reviews. This is prohibited by the rules, we follow the rules. If you have comments or suggestions for improving the application itself, and not just counting reviews, we will be glad to hear and add new useful features on the advice. Have a nice day!

Edited… as soon as I tried to leave my comment ,.. my iPad Pro just locked up for about 1 min 40seconds… when I finally was able to shut down from the comment page it forced me back to home screen… and there was a basketball 2K game with a name that had a lot of numbers and letters (kinda like this) 85:43gtk54:67 Thank God I didn’t open the app, not ever download a basketball game NEVER! My origimal comment is below here……………………………. Devs using alt app stores to give away “free LIFETIME” gimmicks and then once you onboard they only offer paid subscriptions. There have been a lot lately! This time I took screenshots of the trick they tried. They have a FREE LIFETIME BUTTON that goes blank once you click it … actually 2 blank boxes … so I closed the app reopened it and clicked THE OTHER blank box and BOTH were free BUT ONLY for three days. They are doing this in hopes you click not pay attention get charged for months (bc most of us don’t check all the time, and by time you have paid for 5 or 6 months it’s too late to be refunded! I hate leaving bad reviews it’s a waste of my time … but I’m so sick of these type of gimmicks and scams! If I’m wrong reach out… I will gladly take down this comment! Also it looks like I got attacked by over 30 viruses the MOMENT I tried to download the free lifetime ad!

Hi Thirdnail,Thanks for your detailed comment – we hear your concerns and want to clarify a few things honestly and openly.About the “free lifetime” offer:======================Yes, we did offer a free lifetime deal, and it was 100% real. The instructions were simple: go to More > Get Lifetime to activate it.From what you described, it sounds like you may have opened the paywall screen instead, which shows two subscription options – and yes, those are paid by design. The lifetime deal wasn’t located there. Our promotion was made to bypass the paywall entirely, but it had to be accessed exactly as described. There’s no glitch involved – just a misunderstanding between the subscription screen (paywall) and the lifetime offer screen. That said, we still want to make this right. Please contact us at atplayer.com/contact, and we’ll send you a free lifetime code so you can see for yourself that it works. If it clears things up, we’d really appreciate if you’d consider updating your review.About the basketball game and virus concerns:==================================We completely understand why that situation was frustrating. But we want to assure you – our app is a music player. We have no connection to basketball games, and definitely no viruses.* We’ve been building apps since 2016, and our software:* Has always passed official Apple and Google reviews* Meets YouTube API complianceIs only available through legitimate app storesIf you saw a suspicious app pop up or your device locked up, it may have been caused by another app on your device or a background ad from another source. We don’t have the ability to install other apps or affect your iPad like that.Again, we’re happy to help – just reach out at atplayer.com/contact, and we’ll send your lifetime code right away. We really want you to enjoy the app as intended and hope you’ll give us another shot. All the best,AT Player Team

Hey I really like app and I haven’t used it for that long but starting today (Wednesday,July 8th) when I look up certain artists or a song from that artist that I know is up there doesn’t pop up for example I searched Takayan and miy_yuu to look for certain songs (I also looked up ドンダン /dongdang to look up a song from him) but every time it always said no download I tried it again with a song I already had in my playlist to see if maybe that would work (it didn’t) so I hit one of the recommended (Da baby) and it works for that one and the rest of the recommended buy no artist that wasn’t English didn’t work so I’m hoping you can fix this in the future other than that it’s a pretty good app other than bugs like the video won’t load or maybe the song title won’t show up but that’s all hope you fix the app a little more and have a great day/night

Thanks a lot for your feedback! We will fix the search engine for YouTube as soon as possible. Stay tuned!

Thanks for using Music Downloader / MP3 Player. We update the app as often as possible to make it better for you. What's New: Every radio station now has a name for its song - when a station does not say what is playing, tap Show song name and the app identifies it for you, with the cover shown right away in the player, on the lock screen and in CarPlay. The equalizer now works with radio stations too (iOS 27 and later), a monthly plan joined the yearly one in More, picture in picture plays instantly after a pause and opens reliably from any screen, plus fixes for rare crashes at launch, in CarPlay, in search and with local videos, and refreshed translations. The 100 playlist limit is gone too - create as many playlists as you like. A special thank you to everyone who sent feedback - many of these fixes come from your reports. Love the app? Please rate us 5* Your feedback helps to make the app better. Have a question? Visit our support page: https://www.atplayer.com/contact Want to listen to free music anytime, anywhere?
