Samyata makes shopping easy, fun and convenient. I get what I want, locally through pickup or personal shopper delivery. I find what I want, in stock, at stores near me; or if I can't find it, my personal shopper can shop for it. I can pick up my purchases myself OR have a personal shopper pick them up for me. Even if I bought what I want on any other website/app for pickup, I can have a personal shopper deliver it. My personal shopper works with me to get what I want even if I'm not sure at first. I choose what I pay my personal shopper I can conveniently split the cost of a purchase with others, easily paying with deyaPay. And there are lots of convenient features - including shopping lists, wish/gift lists, etc.

Useful app for last minute purchases

I really like the concept of buying from near by stores. I’m usually a last minute shopper who always messes with gifts. I think this would be perfect for me. Excited to see more updates in the application.

Love the concept. Want to learn more. Is this just another Instacart (basically just groceries) or is there more to it? Is it more reliable than Instacart’s hopeless inability to accurately report any given stores stock of anything? Is it in my city and how many stores? Other questions. However, very frustrating experience so far... 1. Instacart has a website as well as the mobile apps. This does not. Nothing useful on the website to help me find answers to any of the above, let alone actually sign up and shop. Every button on the site is simply a “Get the App” button. Yes, mobile apps are awesome, but I don’t want to be restricted to ONLY that to use a service. I spend a lot more time on my Mac than my phone. And the whole point of this service is something I use from home (where I have my computer funnily enough). Why force me to use a tiny phone screen when I have the option to be at my computer?2. So, ok. I’ll download the app if that’s the only option... but... Crashes on my iPhone XS Max running latest iOS immediately after login. So can’t use it anyway. No issues like this with any other app, so it’s not my phone. 3. Ok I’d like to write to support. Something else missing from the website: support form, ticketing system, or any form of communication other than email - at least that I can find. I emailed a week ago. Haven’t heard back. Normally I never use a review process to communicate frustrations before discussing with support first. But No support to discuss with, so (a) not a good sign - what kind of company is this? And (b) review is only option now. I’d love a good alternative to Instacart - especially one that does more than just groceries if such a thing might exist. Is this it? No idea. Can’t use it. To the developer: I see you’ve responded to other reviews. That’s encouraging at least. If you can fix this stuff I’ll update my review accordingly. Any one of these issues would be a minor irritation. All of these combined - frustrating deal breaker.

We don't have a web application yet. We have been focused on developing a mobile platform because we believe this is the most currently relevant way to shop locally. That being said, we appreciate your invaluable feedback on the development of a website, and will be developing one in the future. 2. We're sorry you endured a crash - that shouldn't happen and we've been working very hard to ensure that everything works great. We typically update our apps every 1 to 2 weeks to continually add features and fix any bugs we find.3. We were surprised to hear the feedback about support - both our website and apps have "Contact Us" sections that have mailto links to our support email address. We will continue to enable easier access to support. Terrible waste of space

Honestly... just use Instacart. This is a obviously duplicate of it and not even a good one. I live in Arizona and have family in Tulsa... only store that carries any items is in Chicago and it still allows us to order items to be delivered in a hour. Like I said before... Instacart, Nationwide company.

In our ecosystem, no matter where they are, Buyers can get products quickly even if they can't find a product in a store. Our personal shoppers find it for them and get it to them! 2. Our shopping ecosystem provides a lot more features than what delivery apps do and we focus on more than just groceries3. We provide buyer pickup and personal shopping options4. Our personal shoppers actually get to keep the tips they earn. 5. Our Personal shoppers charge a negotiated rate with the buyer and not one determined by the company. They choose to earn more than the very low hourly rate that economic studies have shown these other services pay.6. Our buyers can pick and have favorite personal shoppers - we don't just assign delivery peopleThese are just some of the many ways in which we are different and better than Instacart, Doordash, Postmates, and other apps who just focus on delivery.We've launched nationwide and continue to build our network and get our word out. As you can imagine that is no small feat even when you have something so much better than what's out there.
