Adalia SmartME is an integrated and comprehensive Portfolio Management and M&E software platform to manage funds and international development programmes.
Many projects take place in rural regions where internet connection is not available. Further, some areas are difficult to reach, and taking a computer on a field trip could be a burden. There is a need for mobile offline data collection, and we have answered the need.
SmartME Global is the companion app for SmartME online platform. With this mobile app, users can collect data by filling out and submitting surveys, after which the application synchronises with SmartME. First, app fetches dedicated surveys assigned to the user. Next, user can fill the surveys in online or offline mode. Filled surveys can then be synced again to upload drafts or submitted surveys to the system.
