Files Offliner

Utilities

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Now that Safari includes a download manager in iOS 13, I recommend you use that! I'll leave this up, but it's unlikely I'll be updating it. Files Offliner features a list of ongoing downloads, and a system document browser allowing file management of completed downloads, both presented in a single view. Downloads are saved to the app's default documents folder, and a notification is produced when downloads complete. Background downloads may be initiated via: • Action extension • Copy & paste • Drag & drop (iOS currently restricts inter-app drag & drop to iPads)
