Follow your progress in a chart, pick a time range, set a target and log several measurements at once. Turn your phone sideways to see the chart in full screen. Workouts • While you rest, the Lock Screen now shows the exercise you're heading into next, so you know what's coming before the timer ends. • The rest timer's progress bar behaves the same way every time, and only appears while you're actually resting. • Sets you tick off from the Lock Screen while offline are saved, and sync as soon as you're back online. • The Lock Screen card stays clear and readable for as long as you can still use it. Meals • If you work with more than one health counsellor, you can now choose which one your meal goes to — and meal logging works again for everyone in that situation. Health • After weighing in on the scale, you can save the reading straight to your health data, alongside weights you enter by hand. • Data that comes from your Garmin is now clearly labelled wherever it appears. Chat • Archived conversations are marked in your chat list and on your home screen, so you can tell them apart from a conversation that's still open.
