Targeting newer ios versions and small bugfixes

Small bug fixes. Add option for adjusting the speed of the color cycle program (requires software version >= 6.21 installed on Fasel control devices). Add rendering of error texts related to the control device in the application.

Improvements of the bluetooth scan. Fixed bug around setting the time of the device when setting a timer. Added new capabilities for blocking the dimming of the fan and the light controls.

Bug fixes for bluetooth where the user sometimes got stuck on the home screen even after a successful connect to the device.
