Terrible App

The Camera is ok, but the App is terrible. Cant see 2 cameras at the same time, it crashes all the time: says the camera is offline, then I need to reopen the app, and that happens a lot. Takes too long to conect to cameras when you open the app… and sometimes it work with alexa ecoshow, but its rare… and when it works, has a delay of more than 12 seconds. I will look for another brand.

Whether the device is too far from the router, move the camera position, and get closer to the router. Whether there is a memory card inserted, try to remove the memory cardCommon solutions:1. The camera is powered off and powered on again2. Restart the router and light cat3. Place the camera near the router4. You can go through app--profile--settings--upload logs .

Kept loading but at the end it says “upload bug report.” Been trying for few times but still not working! I don’t know what is the real problem. Sooo disappointed with this apps!

The app tells me “No storage permission” when I want to save video. But in fact, the permission has already been granted. Very bad quality app. Shame on you, devs!

You can uninstall and reinstall the app. After permission is granted, try returning to the app.
