达州通，是达州市感知生活科技有限公司，和中电信用服务有限公司，在“智慧公交”理念基础上，合力打造的便民公交出行APP。
达州通APP在设计开发之初，便采用全国统一的交通运输部《交通一卡通二维码支付技术规范》。达州市公共交通乘车二维码在达州通APP上实现了应用，成为了四川省首个符合这一技术规范的交通二维码支付应用。
为方便广大市民下载达州通APP，达州市所有的公交站点、公交车辆内部都将布放和安装达州通app的下载二维码，以供市民在乘车、候车时扫码下载、体验。
以下是达州通APP的的使用方法：
第一步：下载达州通APP
首先打开手机应用商城，搜索下载“达州通”APP 或直接扫描二维码下载
第二步：申请开卡
新用户通过手机号+验证码+登入密码，完成快速注册。注册完成后，在达州通APP首页点击“公交云卡”图标，进入申请开卡界面。
第三步：开卡充值
勾选”互联互通卡“，点击”申请开通“，点击“确认支付”（首次开卡充值金额为固定的10元，可直接用于消费），选择“付款方式”（支持微信充值、京东支付充值），付款完成后，系统提示“开卡成功”。
第四步：刷码乘车
充值完成后即可刷码乘车，刷二维码时需要手机联网，打开达州通，点击乘车码将二维码，对准刷卡机，提示刷码成功，即可乘车。
