Really? I’m supposed to know whether the VMware domain is system or .biz? Really? Bad enough the app is website redirect, but it’s unacceptable/ridiculous to ask a user to select that. The either selection fails to login. Come on. Absurd implementation. Why even have an app. Just make us call always.

I’ve always been able to use Spire App to pay my gas bill. Now it’s telling me my email is incorrect/won’t accept it and/or incorrect domain. Now what am I supposed to do? Pls respond. I’d like to pay my bill. Will you replace or create a new Bill Pay App for Customers’ use?

App won’t let me log in anymore. I logged in on a computer and didn’t have a problem. I would like for it to work so I can pay my bill off the app, not my computer at work!
