Facing with connection problem but can’t find help
I’m an user in China mainland, and sometimes even when the connection is on I still can’t link to Google and other websites.
I have tried to get in touch with your staff but nobody answered me. I’ve purchased a three month plan and the condition now is really disappointing. I’ve paid with Alipay, and please give me my money back if you can’t solve my current problem.
Getting a Lot Worse.
This has been a very reliable and quick VPN for me for a long time, but recently I’ve noticed that more and more of the servers have extreme connection issues, and most of them don’t even correctly spoof location anymore. And now, when I tried to change servers because the one I was using stopped working, I noticed that there are a LOT less than there used to be. The amount of servers and countries was one of the main reasons I subscribed in the first place, but now they have much less than their competitors and most of their existing ones don’t even work properly. I don’t know what happened to this VPN, but I will be canceling my subscription. Very thankful I chose monthly and not yearly subscription.
The developer ran away?
I bought this app in October last year, and it had been used for one year. At the beginning, it was very easy to use and the link speed was very fast. However, it only took about one month for the app to be connected, and I could not access google, instagram, WhatsApp and other external networks. I have sent numerous messages to the customer service and emails to the developer, but I have not received any reply, nor have I repaired my account. My VPN still cannot be used for nearly half a year now. Is this developer sure they didn't run away? Are you sure it's not a scam? New users must learn our lesson and don't be fooled. We're leeks
