The Boardeaser app makes it easy to find everything you need for an upcoming meeting. Secure and easy access to the agenda with attachments, time and place for upcoming meetings. The offline-mode lets you save documents in the app and read without Internet access. Personal notes makes it easy to make notation directly on the meeting documents.
The app also provides secure access to other documents stored in Boardeaser, such as reports, contracts, shareholder register etc.
