Bad User Experience for an e-commerce application
thys0ldja
The application is very buggy. I missed the double day offers due to account registration issue. I am locked outside my account, and the reset link is broken, I am unable to login with any new account because I cant have the same phone number on multiple accounts! So many comments I have regarding the application. Future wise, please do a Quality Assurance test before shipping such a product.

Worse customer service
modjoe23
The app is not the problem. The problem is the customer service attitude when you need them. Any business that doesn’t respect their customers doesn’t deserve our business.

Hi, we're very sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with our service. As you may know, we are a marketplace and we deal with different sellers that deal with different delivery companies. Therefore, if you order different items from different merchants, your order will be delivered separately with separate delivery companies. As for the wrong item, we apologize for not being able to reply on Saturday since our customer service team only operates from Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 4 PM. We are available on our Social Media platforms for important requests during the weekend.
