Spartan Shield is now fully integrated with the Spartan Sentry fuel protection system. Authorize secure disbursement of fuel with job and unit-based cost tracking.

Added extra wifi capabilities and changed API access specification hoping to alleviate access errors to the API that only occur on released device despite only using secure https web services. Added visual indication of authorization being disabled due to lack of location if device location services are not responding. Added slight margin to top of page for better aesthetic look with uppermost indicators on the iPhone.
