I’m glad to see Hallo, it is awesome 👏🏻 proud of you.I’m using this app for 3 month and it is great for learning English skills......but But today I found bug in there and I am very sad about it because I lost a lot of my lessons .... During the use of this program, I enrolled many professors and met many elite students. I did, but unfortunately today, when I wanted to open my account, I could not open it, and this kind of problem was created for many people, and when I wanted to open it, it said that a new account with the same name would be opened for me again .....and when I created new account I couldn’t find my teachers and friends and there was not any LS.... Please solve our problem ♥.

Great app! The AI free conversation is super helpful for learning a brand new language! I’ve been studying Portuguese about one month for my job and use Hallo’s lessons in addition to Duolingo because Duolingo is slower and better for when I only have a minute or so and for practicing pronunciation but Hallo actually helps me hear more sentences and phrases in context and much more quickly than Duolingo. I feel like I learn so many random words in Duolingo but Hallo gives me immediate conversation skills and common words and phrases I would be using in introduction situations. The AI convo pushes me to recall what I know quickly and it understands me even if my responses are broken with either a poor accent or bad grammar. The AI teacher also speaks in long sentences that help me fill in the blanks and learn more of the words and phrases I want to use. Great app!! Only give 4 stars for now because I still use it with Duolingo because I want additional help with pronunciation. I only use the free version though so if I paid for a tutor maybe that would be included.

The Hallo app is —BY FAR— one of the BEST apps to get English tutoring from or to teaching English from! It’s Instamatch feature’s connection has improved TREMENDOUSLY and I planning on tutoring with it a lot!However, I’ve recently been trying to reach out to to Hallo Support about “monthly requirements for Hallo tutors,” because I wasn’t sure if Hallo teacher requirements also apply to tutor.My account still works.I believe it’s been downgraded to a student account because all of the normal communication features work, which is why I wanted to asked if Hallo tutors and teachers monthly requirements are the same.I did receive some money for the first Instamatch I conducted some months ago, so I know Hallo pays out. So, that’s not an issue.My current problem is that “not one of my emails were replied to.” I didn’t even receive an automatic email.I’m not sure of the exact number, but I believe I contacted Hallo Support about 5 times by email, spaced apart. So, I should have gotten one reply by nowI promise I’ll fix my 2 star review after I get a reply from Hallo support, because you all really deserve 5!I just want some help with my issues and it really feels bad to feel ignored…
