Gimme Field replaces handhelds such as the MC70 and MC75, as well as seamlessly integrating with Gimme VMS, by delivering accurate, real-time data to drivers on the job. Use Gimme Field to reduce stock-outs/bring-backs and streamline pre-kitting.
Gimme Field allows drivers to log in and immediately see their schedule for the day in easy-to-read card form. With one tap, users can see what tasks need to be performed at each stop and check them off as they go.
For micromarkets, we integrate with 365 Retail Markets and Avanti Markets to allow for quick and accurate services across all your markets.
With vending, Gimme Field is able to get DEX files in just seconds and visual planograms allow drivers to service machines faster than ever.
With OCS/delivery, invoices are automatically created on-site and emailed directly to the customer’s account.
All visit data and progress are synced across Gimme Field and Gimme VMS in real-time.

Enhancements
1. Delivery To-Do Workflow with Photos
Delivery visits now open to a step-by-step checklist that walks drivers through required delivery actions. A proof-of-delivery photo must be taken before the visit can be marked complete, ensuring consistency and accountability.
2. Next Order: Standing Order Option
Drivers can now generate the next order directly from the full standing order, including both products and prices. Previously removed items are restored automatically. The order creation screen now presents options vertically for clarity: Standing Order, Copy List, and Empty List.
3. Global Sync Status
A new sync indicator in the Schedule header displays whether uploads are complete or still pending. This helps drivers confirm that all data has been successfully uploaded before ending their day. The indicator remains inactive until the first visit is completed to avoid confusion.
4. Date-Based Next Orders
When creating a Next Order, drivers can now select a specific date to automatically schedule the visit and generate a pick order in VMS. Route context is applied automatically, making planning more efficient.
Fixes
1. Planogram Changes Respected
Planogram updates made in VMS will now stay protected; driver-made product adjustments in Field will no longer overwrite them. With this fix, Gimme has re-enabled par changes in Gimme Field for route drivers. Note: only this version (2.3.1) and newer will allow par changes; older builds remain restricted. This ensures that the latest planogram data remains accurate across systems.
2. Photo Reliability
Fixed intermittent cases where visit photos captured in Field were not appearing in VMS, improving confidence in proof-of-service documentation.
3. Accurate Barcodes
Field now transmits the exact scanned barcode value, preventing issues caused by unwanted leading zeros.
4. Precise Pick Actions
Corrected an issue where double-tapping to pick a single product could incorrectly mark all POS for the service date as picked.
5. Refreshed Schedule Data After Route Switch
Switching routes on the same device now refreshes the visit file correctly, ensuring that added locations display properly on the Schedule page.
6. Delivery Visits from Search
Completing a Delivery POS accessed through Search now functions properly after signature and confirmation.
7. DEX Add Calculations Preserve Driver Edits
Fixed an issue where Add quantities could be recalculated and overwritten after DEX capture completed, even when a driver had manually updated the Start Balance. Field now preserves the driver-entered values to ensure accurate inventory, variance, and forecasting calculations.
8. Holiday Visits Suppressed from Schedule
Visits scheduled during active Holiday ranges in VMS will no longer appear in the driver's schedule in Gimme Field. This ensures that holidayed locations are fully suppressed and prevents drivers from seeing invalid or unnecessary route work.
