I have not had a chance to even use the app. Every time I open a page it bombards me with review, got stars. My review is advice read the directions, they are simple. To the devs, give a person a minute to use the app before you bug the crap out of them for a review.

I strongly recommend staying away from this app!I urgently needed a phone number for a personal matter, so I paid $10 for their service. Unfortunately, the number they provided had already been used by someone else and was still protected by the previous owner’s two-step verification, requiring an email address or PIN that I obviously did not have.I immediately contacted customer support and explained the situation. Instead of providing a working number or resolving the issue, they sent me instructions that did not work at all.Since they failed to provide the service I paid for, I requested a refund. Shockingly, they refused and simply sent me a link to their refund policy. How is it acceptable to charge customers for phone numbers they cannot even access or use? They are selling recycled numbers without ensuring that customers can actually activate them.I paid for a working service and received absolutely nothing of value. Their refusal to issue a refund for a service that never worked is completely unacceptable.BEWARE! Do not waste your time or money on this app. Based on my experience, their business practices are misleading, their customer service is useless, and their refund policy offers no meaningful protection when their product fails.I feel completely scammed. This app should not be allowed to continue charging customers for unusable numbers. ZERO STARS if I could!

There is only one honest thing to say about a product that promises much and delivers nothing, and that is precisely what it delivers: nothing.I paid for what was advertised as a virtual second phone number for my iPhone, suitable for registering a WhatsApp account. This seemed a modest and perfectly reasonable expectation, especially given the app's boldly literal name:Wabi for WhatsAppBusiness. One might naively assume the developers intended the words to mean what they say. That assumption, it turns out, was my first mistake. The number provided is immediately saying login not available right now as "restricted" and unusable. No workaround, no explanation, no functionality. The app does not simulate a number, generate a number, or in any meaningful sense provide a number. It provides only the faint echo of a promise and the very real disappearance of five dollars. In retrospect, I should have remembered that in modern software marketing, "virtual" often means "imaginary but billable."My recommendation is simple: avoid this app as you would a suspicious street vendor selling invisible umbrellas. Take your money and buy a lottery ticket instead. At least then, the odds of success are honestly disclosed. This product is not disappointing. Disappointment implies unmet potential. This is merely a transaction in which money is exchanged for nothing, with impressive efficiency.

Please. If you are like me and read reviews, do not subscribe! I read reviews, went to other apps although this one had the least stars, but sometimes I am with the underdog. I cannot even say if the service works or not. I signed up and my fault was I entered an incorrect digit in the telephone number but I cannot say if that is even the problem bc I have sent at least 5 emails and it’s not even 24 hours yet. No response to either one. So I have a useless number, they have my money, I don’t know who else to reach and I’m sick of these companies that are like this. It’s sad when you have an issue and you cannot reach someone even if it’s via email. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!
