I love that all my accounts are linked in one. Before I had several accounts but could only view one at a time. Great change. Couldn’t be happier with the APP and the service at this facility. Stay local.

Touch ID on my iPad will work for about a week, then it’ll ask me to log back in out of nowhere.The new UI is good, but I wish my checking and saving account information showed up on top instead of the credit score.

I’ve been with WVFCU for over 30 years. However, I will be changing institutions if nothing is done to fix this awful system. Here is a list of things that do not work well since the update. It is very frustrating to do any online banking now. If I could give less stars, I would. Can’t schedule reoccurring transfers from member to member unless you are on the person your transferring to’s account. Transfers from member to member do not show who the transfer is from or their account number. It only shows what the transferee chooses to enter into the description box. What’s the point of registering a device if you have to manually type out your password each you look at your account. WVFCU, please hire a UX designer and Product Manager that knows what they’re doing. I know a few if you’d like their resumes.
