Program use to be good, then they hired someone that keeps changing everything to it and it keeps crashing on the middle of the work day. The changes are horrible, pointless and just adds steps. This has been going on for the past 3 summers. You give feedback on what you would like which would actually help business and they don’t listen, just want to keep changing the layouts and formats and crashing the system loosing companies thousands.I honestly think the ceo has hired a family member fresh out of college to give them something to do.... it’s that bad.And when you are out working and it crashes they are closed and your day is crap as you try to figure something out resulting back to paper.

Seems like there is a “new bug” their finding out about every day. When I call about a simple question on how to do something on the sales app, it’s a 20 minute silent conversation of them searching for an answer, then ending it with “let me create a ticket and get back with you”. Then never getting back with me… if we weren’t so tied up using them for the office software, we would switch to Field Routes with no hesitation. Rumor has it that the original owner sold the company, and it’s gone down hill since? Idk

Always glitchy. Doesn’t save customers info half the time. Had to delete and redownload the app just to open the app. Won’t allow you to pin houses until you restart the app 3 times

This app works terribly on my phone. It lags and often zooms out to the world view when the app resets itself following awful lag. It’s torturous to mark even on high speed data. Good luck trying to reserve areas away from your current location.
