With the Courier option, you can quickly send or receive your packages, or you can choose an electric vehicle (scooter, mobilet, or moped) to travel in a fun, fast, and environmentally friendly way.

How to use TAG?
- Download the MARTI: TAG & Scooter app!
- Open the TAG section when the service is available in your area.
- Set your destination.
- Select the vehicle type and tap “LET’S GO.”
- Travel to your destination in the comfort of a private vehicle.
- Request TAG, get picked up, and go!
How to use Martı Courier?
- Download the MARTI: TAG & Scooter app.
- Open the Courier tab when the service is available in your area.
- Set the sender or receiver address.
- Select the courier type and tap “Create Delivery.”
- Your courier arrives within minutes and delivers your package.
How to use Martı Scooter, Mobilet, or Moped?
- Download the MARTI: TAG & Scooter app!
- Check nearby vehicles (scooters, mobilets, mopeds) on the map and find the closest one.
- Tap “START RIDE”, scan the QR code, and start your ride.
- If you are using a Martı Scooter, push off with your foot and press the throttle to move.
- If you are using a Martı Mobilet, close the side stand and twist the throttle on the right handle.
- If you are using a Martı Moped, wear your helmet, release the center stand, and twist the throttle.
- Enjoy your ride and always follow traffic rules.
- When ending your ride, park according to the rules and take a photo showing the entire vehicle (scooter, mobilet, or moped) to complete the ride.
When can you use Martı?
You can use Martı whenever you want. Please remember to follow traffic rules while riding a Martı Scooter, Martı Mobilet, or Martı Moped.

First of all it's fun service to have in a beautiful crowded city of İstanbul but the problem is that you point out to people about the wrong parking fee and other few things and how the customer would have to pay a fee of hugely exaggerated price if he accidently break or damage the scooter second of all that price of 9000 turkish liras could buy three XİAOMİ scooters which are more reliable than the ones you guys offering in your service. Last of all the scooters you have are in a TERRİBLE condition and they are moments away from breaking in the hands of any innocent customer and eventually will blamed for it by you guys. And one more last thing, İf it breaks while being Used by someone in the traffic they will get really hurt and there is no one else but your company to blame.

I don’t usually write reviews as I don’t get enough time to do so, but have to admit, Marti’s customer support staff is absolutely the nicest out there, I had an issue with a scooter that wasn’t working properly, literally after a minute of sending a feedback to them, they called me regarding that issue and immediately offered a refund, this is the way a business should be working like, Marti’s might not be the quickest scooters out there, but it definitely has the most friendly and English - speaking staff and that’s what matters the most to us non Turkish residents / tourist.
Defective verification system and unresponsive support

In order to start using the app to ride a scooter you first need to verify your profile. The verification, however, doesn’t seem to work at all if you’re not a Turkish citizen. They have a form where you can upload your passport photo and information but after trying for at least twenty times in the past two weeks, I am still unable to verify my profile. The same error message shows every time.I notified their support about my issue but got only a one line response in return: “upload passport in app”. They didn’t even try to understand my issue or offer any helpful advice. And now they don’t answer my follow-up emails.Save yourself the trouble and use other user-friendly scooter services available in Istanbul (hint: the red ones and yellow ones are great and very easy to use).

I don’t do reviews on apps often but Marti was great! As an American with extremely limited Turkish when I had an issue setting up and verifying my information I figured I was in trouble but no, their service reps spoke English and helped me immediately! I also had an issue with a malfunctioning scooter where I couldn’t end the ride and called and they sorted it for me right away. I couldn’t be happier with their quality of support and services!
