If this is the app to be used by american citizens with dual citizenship, why not in English or have a separate app for that purpose vs clubbing this with all of the other purposes for regular Palestinians. I for example do not have a local number nor strong in Arabic. Thanks

This app stinks the language preferences don’t work. I tried booking an appointment but what’s the use if I don’t know what I am booking!!!!!! Hate it! Don’t download.
