I have tried several times to add a profile, but it gets stuck in a loop where it doesn’t save my profile. Furthermore, even though the app says that it’s connected to the scale, no information from the scale is going to the app. I have spent probably four hours on this and nothing works. And there is no support from the company. I do not recommend this product.

After new iOS update by Apple this app has starred freezing and locks iPhone from doing anything in full screen mode. You have to hard reboot the phone to get out of the app.
