Alignment Tag Updates: • Improved accuracy of Alignment Tags and associated spatial notes • Fixed issue in which the prompt to scan an Alignment Tag displayed inconsistently • Compatibility with 3d-authored alignment tags Note: Any in-use Alignment Actions should be reauthored with the 4.3 app. This can be done by deleting and re-adding the Alignment Action to a step. Fault management is getting a major upgrade! The new Fault system has been developed so that Faults can be added, tracked, and managed independently from Jobs and procedures. We are in the process of adding several UI changes to support this new capability. Features released in 2.8 (Part 1 of the Faults upgrade roll out) below: - Selecting Add Fault in a Job will now create a new data type for Faults allowing for Faults to have their own description and related notes - Add and track Work related to a Fault by adding either a Job or Task to a Fault. The Fault will automatically be associated so users managing related Work can easily refer to the Fault. Additional updates - - Tasks are new! Add and assign non-procedural work items to a Fault - With the addition of Tasks, we’ve renamed the Job Board to Work and reflected this change in all areas users view or add Work - We’ve added the ability to Unassign a Job or Task. Using the Reassign option there will be the option to unassign a Job or Task if you don’t have an assigned user to reassign the work item to. As always, this release includes a bunch of bug fixes and improvements.

In this latest release, we’ve completely revamped the Job interface. Whether you are previewing a Template, executing a Job, or reviewing work completed by other Operators – this new layout will make it easy and efficient to follow the step-by-step instructions of any procedure. Here’s just some of the changes you’ll find: - Two view modes, one with full Job details and a scrollable list of steps; the other which focuses on one step at a time and utilizes the full screen for the camera to display AR content - In both view modes, Step notes such as Images, Videos, PDF Documents, and Text - are much larger and can be swiped through when viewing multiple notes on a Step - Steps display an AR icon when there are spatially authored Markers and annotations available, and a ‘Switch to AR’ toggle makes it simple for Operators to move between 2D and 3D content with ease - We’ve conveniently positioned large call to action buttons for completing a Step, navigating to a Sub-Job, and adding evidence or fault notes within thumbs reach - Users will now be able to assign Jobs to other Operators directly from the iPad (previously only available on the Web application) Notes: - We’ve moved access to ‘Author in AR’ to the Templates window - available under Asset Management - AR Mode has been removed from the main menu - The in-App Manifest Tutorial has been updated to reflect these recent changes – check it out (under Settings -> About) for a brief tour - Team Job Setup is not supported in this version but will be in an upcoming update
