Frederique Constant Smartwatch, is the companion application for your Frederique Constant Swiss Horological Smartwatches. The app works in partnership with your Frederique Constant watch, recording your data and displaying your results thanks to user-friendly graphics. Follow your progress daily and improve your lifestyle and fitness regime with the help of the app. It will provide insight into how much you have moved and slept during the day, week, or month. Moreover, the goal and dynamic coaching system will encourage you to get a better understanding of yourself and your patterns. DAILY GOALS View a daily summary of steps, sleep, and combined progress toward the goals you’ve set for yourself. ACTIVITY See a breakdown of daily, weekly and monthly steps, calories burned, and total distance reached, as well as the percentage of steps taken toward your goal. Receive tailored feedback and advice thanks to the Activity Coach. SLEEP Get details on how much time you spent in deep sleep, light sleep or awake, as well as how long it took you to fall asleep and how many times you woke up during the night. The Sleep Coach will bring you guidance based on your data. DYNAMIC COACH Dynamic Coach provides targeted tips to help you meet your activity and sleep goals, as well as analysis of your progress to keep you motivated. GET-ACTIVE ALERTS Need to be stimulated? Set a Get Active Alert to remind you to move if you’ve been idle for a set amount of time. SLEEP CYCLE ALARMS Set a sleep cycle alarm that will help you wake at the optimal time in your sleep cycle so that you wake up refreshed. WORLDTIMER Away from home? Know the exact time and date in a distant time zone directly from your Horological Smartwatch. CLOUD BACKUP & RESTORE Save all your activity and sleep data securely onto a dedicated Cloud. Then restore it easily on any device. NOTIFICATIONS* Waiting upon an important call? Set your notifications and get an alert anytime you receive a call or message. The notifications can be set for emails and social media apps as well. CONNECT WITH APPLE HEALTH KIT You can use Apple Health to share your step and sleep data between Frederique Constant Smartwatch app and Apple Health.
