Poor performance and user experience
Rifanditto
Crashes multiple time. Unintuitive user experience when registering information. Fails to save my appointment’s pre-registration info multiple times but keep on asking me to fill it. Can’t even submit rating and review through the app.

Bad Live Chat service
@JustJack
Took nearly 30mins for someone to respond to my live chat request. And took them 5 mins to terminate the live chat after I didn’t respond. Don’t offer live chat service if you can’t deliver prompt response. It’s better not to offer a service than a bad service.
