Offline mode doesn’t work

Very valuable courses and easy to use app design.
But the app doesn’t show the downloaded contents while I go offline...So I downloaded it and couldn’t watch any on the plane.

Just the app.

I love the courses but I can’t watch them in the app.
Reasons?
1- No subtitles (one of the biggest issues for me)
2- Resolution tends to be slightly lower than in a browser.
3- No auto-play next lesson.
4- The app keeps signing me out and the Downloads tab shows no downloaded files once I sign back in.
The overall experience with the app does not affect the awesomeness of the education, in fact, the courses are the best I’ve found on these topics. I just wish this element would be at the same level.
