After ordering from overseas, it's easy to end up checking the Korea Customs Service website again and again, wondering when your package will arrive. 7Customs was made to take that hassle away.
Enter a courier or EMS tracking number to check the customs status right away. Turn on alerts and you'll be notified every time the status changes. No sign-up is needed for lookups or alerts.
■ Customs lookup
- Search by tracking number (HBL) or cargo control number, and choose the B/L type.
- See the arrival date, port or airport, customs broker and current stage on one screen.
- The full history is listed in time order, so you can see what happened and when.
■ You'll get an alert when
- Your package arrives in Korea and customs clearance starts
- Something needs your attention, such as a customs hold
- Customs clearance is complete
- The courier picks up, starts delivering and delivers your package
- Push notifications by default, email also available.
■ Estimated clearance date
Based on past clearance records, we show when your package is likely to clear customs. Even at stages that are hard to predict, like waiting for clearance, you can see how long similar packages usually took.
■ EMS (international mail)
Follow EMS items from dispatch abroad to the estimated arrival date in Korea, including the customs stage at the mail center after arrival. EMS status by country is also available.
■ Delivery tracking in Korea
After clearance, delivery is tracked with the Korean courier's tracking number.
