This has got to be the worst money transfer app, they don’t exchange money at the rate shown and after depositing money then they tell you about a minimum amount that can be sent which you don’t see anywhere before you begin the transaction, I believe there should be a prompt about what to expect when sending to certain places (countries) but what else do you expect from an app built to extort. Judging from your review on IG and other social platform, this is a terrible business that needs to be shut down.

I have been using this company for almost a year now, and anytime I withdraw funds they keep it for sometimes 4 days and start asking you for documents even when you prove them with the documents they will keep telling you they are waiting on the team, this will keep going on and on. I made a withdrawal yesterday for my wife medical bills, and his people held the money for 24 hours as we speak I haven’t gotten the money. Please be careful when dealing with this people.

They hold your money that’s deposited and ask for a third party proof identity card what banks ask for a third party identity card cause the person send money into the acct you have with. They are basically thieves to extort people money it’s been two months my money has been with them even my dad fell seriously sick cause I wanted to use the money to get drugs and I explained to thier customer care very wicked people OhentPay pay is an app created to extort civilians my money is still with them
