My niece had an event in her school I bought a size 5 dress and it was delivered within the hour. We tried that on and thought it’s a bit short so decided to chat with the support team on the app they were efficient and fast and sent two drivers one brought a size 6 dress and the other took the size 5 dress back to the store ( no charge). We tried the size 6 dress and thought it was really big so we decided on the size 5 dress. Again I contacted the support team in the app and honestly again so efficient and fast they sent two drivers again one took the dress and one brought back the size 5 dress. ( the size of the dress is from a shop that snoonu only manages their deliveries). Thank you snoonu for the fast and efficient service we were so happy with the service and put my mind in ease throughout it all. Again all that exchange free of charge 🙌🏾

Snoonu is honestly one of the best delivery apps I’ve used in Qatar. The app is super easy to use, everything is organized clearly, and it’s really quick to find restaurants, groceries, or basically anything you need. What I love most is how fast the deliveries usually are. Even during busy times the drivers are professional and the orders arrive fresh and correct.The tracking feature is also really helpful because you can see exactly where your order is, which makes the experience way less stressful. Customer service is great too if anything goes wrong. Overall it’s reliable, convenient, and perfect when you’re hungry and don’t want to wait forever. Definitely one of my go-to apps.

Throughout Ramadan, I consistently used Talabat for my orders, and it never failed to deliver on time or meet my expectations. However, I decided to give Snoonu a try. Although I found their item search feature to be slightly more comprehensive, I encountered an issue when I forgot to add an item to my order. Upon contacting their support, I was informed that they couldn’t add the item due to the merchant’s policy. Their solution was to cancel my entire order and place a new one. Consequently, my money was transferred to my Snoonu Wallet. I reordered, expecting a delivery time of 40-50 minutes, a little before 2:30 pm. As time passed, by 3:45 pm, 75 minutes had elapsed, and I received a call apologizing for a further delay, with the app indicating an additional 30-minute wait. Now, after 90 minutes, I’m uncertain whether we’ll receive our order within 120 minutes or at all. It’s disappointing that Snoonu’s response was to again blame the merchant, showing a lack of dependability.

Today I placed an order, and while the food was great, my experience with Snoonu’s customer service was absolutely frustrating. Before delivery, the driver informed me that my address was outdated—still the same building, just eight floors down. I tipped him extra for his trouble and decided to update my address on the app to avoid future issues. However, the app didn’t allow me to update my address myself, forcing me to contact a chat agent. That’s when things went downhill. The agent insisted they needed to contact the driver from my last delivery to update my address. This made no sense at all—why would the driver, who doesn’t live here, need to be involved in updating my address? Feeling ignored, I reached out to another agent, hoping for a solution, but they were just as unhelpful. They claimed they needed to “research my last delivery” and gave me irrelevant instructions on how to update my address—something I had already explained wasn’t possible on the app. I felt like they weren’t listening to a single thing I said. By the time I spoke with Sidra T, the experience had only worsened. Instead of resolving my issue, they asked me to provide a screenshot to prove I couldn’t update the address myself. It felt condescending, as if they were implying I was lying or didn’t know how to use the app. Throughout the entire process, I felt repeatedly ignored and dismissed. No one seemed interested in understanding my issue, let alone resolving it. What should have been a simple fix turned into a frustrating and time-wasting ordeal. This poor service has completely turned me off Snoonu. I decided to cancel my account and will not be returning. I suggest Snoonu invest in better training for their agents and create a system that values and listens to their customers. Right now, they are failing on every front.
