Impossible to upload receipts

The primary use case for this app would be to upload receipts for reimbursement. Unfortunately, the app has made it impossible. Whenever I try to upload a receipt from a saved photo, it shows me old photos out of chronological order, even is my receipt was my most recent saved photo. I have to use the web platform if I want to do anything.

No Option to manage virtual card transactions and glitch when selecting category

I was pretty excited to use airbase, but the mobile app is pretty sub par. Two major gripes:1. After uploading a receipt to a recent transaction, the app tells me I haven’t selected a category even after I undoubtedly selected a category. It then will not let you save the edits you made to the charge.2. No option to edit/manage transactions for virtual cards. This is especially critical for ride sharing apps where it is more convenient to upload a receipt from your phone in real time, as opposed to downloading an email receipt and uploading through your computer long after your ride.One positive note keeping this from being a one star review - Transactions seems to appear instantly through a notification on my phone after using my physical card. Perfect for capturing a receipt right after you make the purchase.

This started as a straightforward, easy-to-use expense reporting tool but has quickly declined into one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve worked with—right up there with Concur.The interface has become clunky and harder to navigate, making what should be a simple task unnecessarily time-consuming. Even worse, as a company we have no control over how the interface works for our employees, which creates ongoing frustration and inefficiency.If you’re considering this software, be aware that it may not deliver the user-friendly experience it promises.

Too many required updates

Why does it feel like every other time I open this app I am required to download an update in order to use it? I am an iOS engineer, and this is poor development practice and a bad experience for users. There should not be this many breaking changes that require users to go out of their way to update the app in order to accomplish a simple task.

There should not be this many breaking changes that require users to go out of their way to update the app in order to accomplish a simple task.

- Custom fields now appear on expense report line items for more detailed spend tracking. - User can set up bank account without leaving an expense report. - Bug fixes and performance improvements, including faster receipt uploads and smoother navigation.
