The lights are great and easy to install. I do recommend to screw the bracket to the house and not rely on just the adhesive. The app in the other hand is not user friendly. Setting a custom design and then setting a timer for that design is a chore. I sent an email to support last week and am hoping for a response soon, as others have praised their support.

Having used Phillips hue lights for nearly a decade. My new house did not have actual high hats to put my floodlights in. I replaced the LED fake high hats with these. They routinely lose connection and just start flashing at which point I have to manually go in and get them to reconnect to Wi-Fi.This drives me absolutely crazy not to mention that they’re not compatible with my Apple home system just saying. When they are working, they provide nice light for the room just bothered by the fact that they’re not tied into one of the largest partners in the world like so many other others are dependability and connectivity are left for desiring so much more. Just wish they worked continuously.

It’s a great product when it works. Problematically, it often doesn’t work. The app itself is flaky. Sensors have to be reconnected periodically, which is challenging when you rely on it to cover irrigation management when traveling. Several times the controllers have failed in the open/irrigate position, which they’re not supposed to do and results in wasteful irrigation that damages plants. And I’ve had sensors completely fail with limited usage. The products would be great if they worked as intended, but unfortunately, they tend not to so you’ll have to go on your own journey to discover how they’ll work out for you.

I've been using this electrical outlets for about two years now, and it's still working perfectly. Whenever I encountered issues during use, I contacted customer service—they provided professional and quick solutions, which definitely deserves praise. If there were more than 5 stars, I’d give it the highest rating without hesitation.
