I am very disappointed with Meesho's customer service and the unfair blocking of my account. My account was blocked even though the mistake was entirely on the seller's side. I received incorrect products multiple times and returned or exchanged them only by following Meesho's policies. Despite this, my account was blocked without any proper investigation or valid reason.Before submitting my feedback, I contacted customer care several times, but they only kept saying that my account had been blocked and could not be reactivated. They did not listen to my concerns or make any effort to review my case. After I submitted feedback, I received a link asking me to explain my issue, but the link never opened. Because of this technical problem, I was unable to submit my complaint. This made the entire process even more frustrating.I have been a genuine customer and always followed the platform's rules. It is unfair to punish customers for mistakes made by sellers. I request Meesho to properly investigate my case, review my order and return history, fix the issue with the feedback link, and unblock my account as soon as possible. I also hope Meesho improves its customer support so other genuine customers do not face the same experience.
Never ever trust meshoo and place prepaid orders

I have placked a prepaid order and it has to be delivered on 8th of sept I did not receive the package on time I have contacted customer care they said they will raise a case and will deliver the package I have ordered two more packages which has a delivery date of 9th sept they got delivered and as they are not good and as expected i have placed a return when delivery associate picked it up on 10th sept. Still i did not receive my 8th sept package. I again contacted customer care first we can never talk or chat with an agent immediately, they will kill us for 15 to 20 mins with common blurbs and then if we request and request they will connect to an agent where they will take 20 min to check the previous msgs and then will come back with the same blurbs. They wont cancel the package and they wont even deliver the product. Its been a week and i am contacting them regularly and the same thing is happening daily still they are saying we will raise a case and look into it. I did not get the package and i did not get the money as well. Never ever trust meeshoo and place prepaid orders.
Systemic Valmo Courier Fraud & Fake Attempts in Delhi

I am facing a continuous issue where major orders are forcefully assigned to Meesho's in-house courier partner, "Valmo," and every single one is fraudulently cancelled. The tracking data is completely fake—showing packages moving from Delhi West to Jaipur in under 2 hours, followed by multiple "false attempts" and auto-cancellations without a single phone call or notification.Customer care only offers generic apologies and claims they cannot change the courier partner. Valmo is committing systemic RTO (Return to Origin) fraud, wasting customer time, and ruining the shopping experience. Meesho needs to allow customers to opt-out of Valmo logistics or block fraudulent delivery hubs immediately.
