Never ever trust meshoo and place prepaid orders

I have placked a prepaid order and it has to be delivered on 8th of sept I did not receive the package on time I have contacted customer care they said they will raise a case and will deliver the package I have ordered two more packages which has a delivery date of 9th sept they got delivered and as they are not good and as expected i have placed a return when delivery associate picked it up on 10th sept. Still i did not receive my 8th sept package. I again contacted customer care first we can never talk or chat with an agent immediately, they will kill us for 15 to 20 mins with common blurbs and then if we request and request they will connect to an agent where they will take 20 min to check the previous msgs and then will come back with the same blurbs. They wont cancel the package and they wont even deliver the product. Its been a week and i am contacting them regularly and the same thing is happening daily still they are saying we will raise a case and look into it. I did not get the package and i did not get the money as well. Never ever trust meeshoo and place prepaid orders.
Meesho is a scam and fraud. Don’t use it

They only offer cash on delivery payment method. When your items arrive, they will ask for money before handling over the item to the customer. They will not let the customer check their order before making payment. Sometimes, they will give you less quantity than ordered (like give one blouse instead of 4 in the order) and take full money. On other times, they will give you complete garbage delivery and take full money. Once customer opens their packet they realize that they have been duped. It had happened with us. Police and law enforcement should act on this fraud company

I enjoyed meesho shopping, all items are reasonable compared to other online platforms, but after shopping from meesho, there are so many spam calls almost everyday! I believe meesho should focus on securing the data of customers and their website. I strongly feel the data privacy is being breached and it leads to scam calls and spam calls. My family to whom the items were delivered, are so tired of having spam calls everyday till now.
